After our busy summer we are finally happy to present an amazing Wedding that opened the high season in early May this year. It was simply glamorous! Meet Ivica and Francisco Pizzaro.
Glamour Chateau Wedding

Ivica’s dream since she was a little girl was to have a princess fairytale Wedding. We are very pleased to be able to say that her dream came true when she married Francisco in Prague. We were there and it was a dream come true for every girl. The Bride looked like a princess. Everything around was beautiful and charming.
Ivica and Francisco live in London UK and have Slovakian and Chilean roots. They are not only one great looking couple but also such a friendly and easygoing people. We just clicked, during our many meetings in London and Prague.
Ivica knew exactly what she wished for her Big day. The Wedding was in elegant white colors with purple accents. Lace appeared not only on the classy wedding invitations but most importantly on the Bride’s wedding gown which was simply breathtaking.
All of the 80 guests travelled from abroad mostly from the UK and we organized a pre-wedding get together on a boat for them. We always recommend having such an informal gathering prior a wedding.
The fun evening boat trip ended with spectacular fireworks.
On the Wedding day, the couple followed the traditions and did not see each other until meeting by the alter. The Bride was getting ready at Chateau Mcely, where the celebration was held and The Groom in Kempinski Prague hotel were most guests were accommodated the day before the Wedding.
Ivica arrived to the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul in Prague in style- in a golden Bentley.
The decoration was very important part of the wedding for the Bride. The church deco was astonishing mix of orchids, hydrangeas and lilies. Opera singer with life organs enhanced the atmosphere of a church wedding even more and the couple walked out as newlyweds to the sounds of Beethoven‘s Ode to Joy.
When the guests arrived in minibuses to Chateau Mcely, they were welcomed by a champagne reception and sounds of Spanish guitars – Groom’s very good choice.
The five tier amazing wedding cake definitely had a wow factor.
Ivica and Francisco know how to throw a party. And a perfect Wedding. They started off the dancing part of the day by performing a first dance to Kelly Clarkson “Moment like this”.
The Wedding officially finished the day after with a relaxing brunch for all guests at the Chateau.
It was fantastic 15 months of co-operation and we miss the planning now.
