Steph & Paul are extremely relaxed lovely couple from Warrington, UK who love to have a good time and appreciate good music. Steph is in a band and music was very important part of her day. As Czechs are famous for being good musicians, it was not difficult to involve a lot of quality music into their Prague wedding.
It all started at the ceremony which took place at the Concert hall at the Old Town Square. What a perfect ceremony setting for a music inspired wedding, right? Violinist and piano player practiced a very special composition, The Lark Ascending by Vaughan Williams. There were a lot of musicians among the guests and two close friends performed Beatles songs for the Bride & Groom. Czech classical music had to be included as well and Dvorak‘s Romantic pieces was a perfect choice.
After the ceremony, the merry group enjoyed a boat trip with a jazz band. Hard to say who had more fun - the dancing/singing guests, or the band ☺.
Steph & Paul wanted to show as much as possible of Prague to their guests, so after the boat trip, we made a little trip to the John Lennon‘s wall. When all the guests started singing „With a little help from my friends" by Beatles as a surprice, it was a highlight of the newslyweds day.
The Bride loves crafty work and made all the bouquets, invitations and confetti holders (made of Beatles sheet music!). She loves vintage stuff and is obsessed with 1940s and 1950s and prepared a lot of decoration for the reception venue like old cameras and old postcard decorations. It looked amazing!
The couples absolute favourite song is Brighter Than Sunshine by Aqualung so that had to be the first dance.
Steph & Paul, it was a real pleasure. Keep rocking & rolling!
