Boho, Eco and Barn weddings are now a real hit. Sometimes they come together, sometimes separately - but they are always wonderful.
There are many kinds of barn weddings and it just depends on the style of the newlyweds – from rustic barn weddings to elegant barn wedding with luxury touches such as we are planning now for June 2014.
Are you into healthy and eco-friendly life style? Then you will love a trend of eco-friendly weddings, often associated with barn weddings. No more printed menus and seating plans but chalkboards that will look great at your country barn wedding. No flower centre pieces that will be thrown away the day after but herbs in pots that will be re-used (or taken home by your guests as a favour).
No matter now much we love huge flower decorations, we have to admit there is something about eco friendly weddings.
Another hit are boho chic weddings (often also associated with barn and eco weddings) and we are totally into it. Boho chic weddings are weddings with unconventional elements – simply a bohemian wedding that is everything but traditional. No round structured bouquet but loose (sometimes oversized) bouquets of meadow flowers. Lot of vintage, DIY stuff. No up do’s for the Bride but loose, flowy hairstyles with flowers in it. No (or at least not to many) planned official speeches and sit down dinner but more of a barefoot dancing and buffet style meal.
Bellow is inspiration from our previous barn/boho weddings. We cannot wait for summer season and our „Country chic elegance“ wedding at Stork’s Nest farm next June :-).
