Every Wednesday we are going to feature one Czech wedding venue on our blog. We couldn’t start with anything more fabulous than with Chateau Mcely. This venue has been always close to our hearts. We have been organizing chateau weddings there since this unique place opened their doors in 2006.
Castle romance at Chateau Mcely
April 02, 2014
Chateau Mcely, the green five-star castle hotel is surrounded by St.Geoge Forest and five hectares English style Park which creates a harmonious environment for a romantic wedding. Its location boasts breath-taking vistas for as far as the eye can see. The quality of service, beauty of the interiors and impressive setting in the surrounding countryside were conceived for the most demanding clients. This eco chic hotel can accommodate guests in 23 original designed rooms and apartments.
Civil, protestant or symbolic wedding ceremonies can be prepared in the elegant Gold Room, on the covered outdoor patio or any spot you might choose in the Chateau’s English park; whether you like to be by a natural small lake with white-sand beach or underneath a blooming tree. Catholic wedding ceremonies are possible in the neighboring charming Chapel of St. Wenceslas.
There are also choices for wedding reception places depending on the size of your wedding and the setting you wish to have; from an outdoor patio set up, stylish Castle Halls to under the stars settings in beautiful decorated tent with capacity of 100 guests.
What we love about this venue? It has unbeatable romantic atmosphere and feeling you just escaped into your own magical world. The cuisine there is to die for. It is also an ideal place for trendy Boho Chic weddings. Complimentary wedding decoration scattered around the whole Chateau from the entrance to the patio creates a special atmosphere of each wedding. Initials of a Bride & Groom at the arrival gate are nice added touch.
It simply feels like Chateau Mcely was made only for weddings.
We cannot wait to organize another stylish chateau wedding there this September!
